DP Group is an international professional services conglomerate of companies, comprising of around 100 accomplished professionals globally, such as lawyers, financial advisors, certified accountants, accountants, marketing analysts, administrative specialists et al. Our EU headquarters are based in Milan and Asia-Pacific headquarters in Shanghai, with different offices in China, India, Italy, UAE, Vietnam, Ethiopia, Singapore and a Russian speaking Desk.
DP Group was founded in the year 2013, jointly by Carlo Diego D’Andrea and Matteo Hanbin Zhi, both attorneys with extensive knowledge and experience in cross-border mergers and acquisition, dispute resolution, and corporate governance matters with a special focus on business relationships between Europe and Asia.
To provide its clients with full range of services, DP Group presently encompasses four service companies : (i) D’Andrea & Partners Legal Counsel – a full-service law firm; (ii) PHC Advisory Tax & Accounting – a tax, accounting, and business advisory company; (iii) EASTANT Communication and Events – social media, events, marketing, and communications company. Our portfolio of clients ranges from large conglomerates to SME’s from different sectors and geographies.
